Shipping and Returns

 

PROCESSING TIME

  • All backdrops, decals, wood signs and acrylic signs usually ship within 3-5 business days however some items may take up to 14 business days to ship.  Please note that if any required information is missing (photo selection, font choice), processing time may vary. For date-sensitive orders, please contact us to discuss options.
  • Props usually ship within 3-5 business days however some items may take up to 14 business days to ship.    For date-sensitive orders, please contact us to discuss options.
  • In the event multiple different products are ordered, it will be processed under the longest processing time. 
  • Proofs take a lot of time to make. If a proof is requested, our processing time will reset with each change/ additional proof. Once the final proof is approved, the processing time will reset again to account for the production phase.

SHIPPING / DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL 

  • All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking unless otherwise noted. You will be able to select standard shipping at checkout or upgrade to an expedited method.  Shipping time depends on the shipping method you select. 
  • USPS and UPS Do Not Guarantee delivery times except for express / air options where it is noted. We can not refund or be responsible for orders if delivery takes longer unless it was a guaranteed method as noted.
  • *** Please note that some oversize items, acrylic and wood will have additional shipping fees beyond what is shown for expedited methods due to the complex nature of pricing those services.  

 

DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL 

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported within 24hrs of delivery or we can not replace / refund. Package must be opened carefully, cutting all tape and free of rips and tears. If there is damage suspected, DO NOT REMOVE from package. We can not be responsible for damage that occurs because the package is forced open or if product is removed from packaging. Sufficient photos must be provided in order to make a claim with the carrier to determine if a refund is possible, otherwise we can offer a replacement as stated below.
  • Please note if you receive your party prop damaged on arrival, we will be happy to replace the item at no charge to you. However, we are not able to cover the cost of shipping on the item due to poor carrier handling. In cases like this we are able to offer additional packaging options to help mitigate poor carrier handling. 

 

RETURNS

  • We DO NOT accept returns on custom products. All products are made to order. However, if there is a mistake with personalization please let us know and we are happy to fix it for you.
