** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE - You will receive the backdrop of your choice and a stand if you choose to add one. You just unpackage your backdrop, tape the scored lines if applicable, attach your stand and you are ready to PARTY!
** HOW TO - You just unpackage your backdrop, tape the scored lines with at least 3" nylon reinforced tape, attach your stand and you are ready to PARTY! Please note our stands are recommended for indoor use. If you'd like to use outdoors, please contact us for options. TAPE NOT INCLUDED.
** SIZE - The size that you choose is the overall dimensions for the entire board. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. The backdrops may vary slightly as they are all blade cut.
** IMAGE SHOWN - The image shown is a photo of what the product can look like. You will select the size, theme, and other variables.
** PROOF - If a proof is requested when ordering, it will be sent within 1-3 business days to the contact information provided at checkout.
Proofs require significant time to create, so we offer one free proof per order. If additional edits are requested, there will be a fee of $5 per proof.
Once the design is approved, we will follow our standard processing times to account for production.
** PHOTO - Please email me the 12 photos you'd like, sales@stickywallvinyl.com. Note we DO NOT enhance photos. The photos will be printed in the quality it is provided to us. We recommend choosing professionally taken photos for the best result.
** SHIPPING - Please note boards over 2ft tall will be scored and folded for shipping purposes. For processing time please view the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website.
** RETURNS - Our custom photo backdrops are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Since the material is customized with your photo, it cannot be reused or repurposed.
