** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE - You will receive a Peel and Stick Floor Wrap in the design you upload in the size that you choose.
** SIZE - The size that you choose is the overall dimensions for the entire floor wrap. Please choose the size that YOU would like. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. Please note, depending on what size you order, they will come in multiple pieces.
** COLOR - Our printer prints in CMYK. As long as your image was made in CMYK, it will be similar. However, we CAN NOT guarantee color, as how a file looks on the computer versus in person may vary slightly. To ensure the most accurate coloring, please submit CMYK images.
** UPLOAD - The design you upload will be printed exactly as it is uploaded. Please note we DO NOT enhance or edit designs in any way. The upload will be printed in the quality it is provided to us. The design will be cropped to the size that you order. If you want the design cropped a specific way, please reach out previous to ordering. If you have any questions about which size suits your design best, please reach out previous to ordering. To ensure it is not cropped at all, we recommend choosing a design that is the size that you order or the correct proportion so when it is blown up it is the correct size. As mentioned earlier, the design will be printed in the quality it is provided to us. However, we can always check the quality for you if you’re unsure. Please reach out previous to ordering.
** SHIPPING - The floor wrap will arrive in multiple pieces in a tube. For our processing time, please view the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website.
** RETURNS - Our floor wraps are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason.
