** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE - You will receive 1 Photo Board with the photo you provide in the size you choose and a stand if you choose to add one.
** HOW TO - You just unpackage your backdrop, tape the scored lines with at least 3" nylon reinforced tape, attach your stand and you are ready to PARTY! Please note our stands are recommended for indoor use. If you'd like to use outdoors, please contact us for options. TAPE NOT INCLUDED.
** SIZE - The size that you choose is the overall dimensions for the entire backdrop. Please choose the size that YOU would like. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. The backdrops may vary slightly as they are all blade cut.
** TEXT - To add text to your photo board, please provide the following in the personalization box:
- Wording you'd like (Welcome to Our Wedding, etc)
- Font (See font chart)
- Color (See color chart)
- Placement (Where on the board you'd like the wording)
If you don't specify all the details above, we will use our discretion to create a design that we believe looks best.
** IMAGE SHOWN - The image shown is a photo of what the product can look like. You will select the size and other variables. For reference the backdrop is 4x8 in the first photo.
** PHOTO - The photo you select will be printed exactly as it is uploaded. Please note we DO NOT enhance or edit photos in anyway. The photo will be printed in the quality it is provided to us. We recommend choosing professionally taken photos for the best result.
The photo will be printed in the orientation it is sent. For example, if we are provided a landscape photo for a 4ft wide by 8ft tall backdrop it will be made 8ft wide by 4ft tall.
** SHIPPING - Please note backdrops over 3ft tall will be scored and folded for shipping purposes. For processing time please view the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website.
** RETURNS - Our custom photo backdrops are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Since the material is customized with your photo, it cannot be reused or repurposed.
Please double-check your photo and the size you chose before finalizing your purchase to ensure it's exactly what you want.
