** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE - You will receive 1 Seating chart and 1 Welcome Sign. You will also receive 2 stands if you choose to add them.
** HOW TO - You just unpackage your backdrops, tape the scored lines with at least 3" nylon reinforced tape, attach your stands and you are ready to PARTY! Please note our stands are recommended for indoor use. If you'd like to use outdoors, please contact us for options. TAPE NOT INCLUDED.
** SIZE - The sizes that you choose are the height of the welcome sign and the seating chart. The first set of numbers will be the height of the seating chart and the second set of numbers with be for the welcome sign to ensure they remain proportional like the example photo. For example, if you select "7ft tall / 6ft tall", you will receive a 7ft tall Seating Chart and a 7ft tall Welcome Sign. Please choose the size that YOU would like. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. The backdrops may vary slightly as they are all blade cut.
For reference, the seating chart in the example photo is 7ft tall and the welcome sign in the example photo is 6ft tall.
** IMAGE SHOWN - The image shown is a photo of what the product can look like. You will select the size and other variables.
** SEATING CHART - Please attach a complete list of your guests in the exact format you'd like displayed. You may choose to organize by table number or in alphabetical order. If sorted by table number, headers like Table 1, Table 2, etc., will be styled in cursive, similar to the letter headers shown in the example photo. If sorted alphabetically, each letter header (A, B, C) will appear in cursive.
PLEASE NOTE: The seating chart will be printed exactly as provided, so please ensure all formatting and spelling are finalized before submission.
** PHOTO - Please note we DO NOT enhance photos. The photos will be printed in the quality it is provided to us. We recommend choosing professionally taken photos for the best result.
** SHIPPING - All seating charts and welcome signs will be scored and folded for shipping purposes. For our processing time, please view the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website.
** RETURNS - Our custom All seating charts and welcome signs are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Since the material is customized with your photo and personalization, it cannot be reused or repurposed.
